I did not get the gentleman’s name, but he was a godsend. We were unlucky to be in a crash, and trying to get back home to another state the transmission cooling system broke down and all the fluid leaked out. We were very lucky to be stranded exactly in front of Mountain View Service Center. It was Labor Day, and he was there working on his own time. We asked for help and he patched up the car enough to get us back home another 200 miles, where we can now get things taken care of. So very grateful.
