Went above and beyond! First gave us a 2nd opinion on a head gasket for our mini van. Then after less than a week of buying a BMW next door had issues with a friction type noise called him up and he went for a ride said I’ll take a look; called and explained in detail that it was the rear differential. He had to advocate hard to get this covered under warranty and fully paid for. Keep us in the loop on status and even delivered car when it was completed. Truly appreciate and will definitely do business again.
