Have been going to Unfranchised Auto for years and years. They offer the best service around for my family and me. They are professional, knowledgeable, fair, and friendly. Their parts and service are the best quality. I always feel secure knowing that our car is in their hands. Thank you!!
Don’t go here if you’re in search of quality workmanship. Unless you like duct tape, zip ties, and unpainted Bondo. I drive my vehicle every day, and every day I regret my decision to have let them work on my vehicle.
Absolutely DO NOT get a vehicle inspected here. They failed my car’s inspection due to supposedly needing new rear brake pads and rotors and claimed my pads would be gone within 2 weeks. I took my car to someone who I actually know and trust, and my brake pads and rotors are actually 100% fine, and could’ve lasted me, at minimum, another year. They tried charging me $440 to do just my rear brakes, even though there’s nothing wrong with them. Not very happy with this company or location. Horrible people. Also, I bet if I was a man they wouldn’t have tried to tell me that…. They saw a 20 year old woman and tried scamming me out of $440+.

He charged me $60 just for looking at my car and what needs to be fixed.

Rolled in late in the day while on a road trip; they got me right in and fixed up. Fast, quality work and very friendly helpful crew. Thanks!
