Great customer service and very honest and helpful
They are not honest, will give you multiple different dates and not honor them, say they worked on your car and just park it for two weeks. Also they aren't honest if they mess up something, they ran my car with no power steering cap and my whole liner is soaked, every time I asked about it they ignored me. I went there before and had no issues, but they've definitely aren't as good as they used to be. Edit after reply: finally explains it, when I asked you to do the misfire and the power steering, and at the end of the "service" you said you couldn't do the misfire. It took 2 weeks for you to finally work on it or at least tell me what was going on. Like how the one star review finally tells me what was going on. My hood insulation is soaked in power steering that you caused and still refuse to say it. The next day I got word of a better shop and they got the work that you did wrong in half a day

Nov 23, 2023Customer brought their car to me with a steering problem. We brought the car into the shop and filled the power steering reservoir at which point it exploded fluid everywhere because it had a bad pump in a bad rack. We didn’t run the car with no power steering fluid. Customer did that previous to bringing it to us and he is trying to blame us for their mistake.
