Reply: yes, that is the work I'm upset about. You're right that the timing of my review is unusual. Do your records show what happened during my last visit? I let your manager upsell me premium brake rotors, and during the repair, the mechanic broke another important part, taking my car out of service for several days. You did your best to make up for that mistake, which is why I didn't leave a negative review at the time. But now, less than a year later, the premium rotors are in such poor condition that they need to be replaced (I will get a second opinion, but they fail the eye test and cause vibrations). Wear and tear is not your fault, but it's unacceptable for expensive "premium" brakes to have such a short life - my other 2 OEM rotors lasted 4 years. I'm living in a different area now, so I don't know how you could help. Car parts/repairs are typically much more expensive here than NH, but I can still get all 4 brakes replaced for about as much as those 2 from your shop.

Dec 23, 2023I would be more than happy to review your issue with you, however to my records, I do not see a visit from you to my shop since JAN 25th, 2023....just shy of a year ago! A lot of time has passed if this is the work you are upset about, and I would need to have additional details to help.
Received great service here! I called to make an appointment and they were able to work me in on the same day for an oil change and tire pressure check. Everyone was courteous, friendly, and professional. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. I would return here and highly recommend to anyone!

My husband took our truck to Midas this week. He said Dave and his service team are a great team to deal with! They were honest, fair and had great prices. We will definitely take it to them again.
