I brought my 2008 VW R32 in to get serviced as well as to mount winter wheels and tires and the work was done quickly and was reasonably priced. Bill was very transparent during the process and asked me before purchasing any parts for repairs and suggested what I should look out for in the future since my vehicle has pretty high mileage.

Poor communication, you be the judge... Had set up an appointment for 9:00AM, I clearly communicated I will wait. Was clearly stated to me that there was no waiting room but there is a restaurant nearby. I said, that works. Took the morning off from work, travelled 30 miles one way to be told that their service is drop off only. I had to return without getting anything done....!

My 1969 Alfa Veloce Spider needed a head gasket, which is a pretty substantial repair. Jo has been working on this car for decades. It is a great feeling to know that Jo knows this car and its history. I trust these guys and know one of my most treasured possessions is truly cared for. It's pretty rare to find a place where knowledge, skill and honesty are an everyday occurrence.
