She takes the time to not only tell you what’s wrong but will quite literally show and tell with you at your vehicle with parts she keeps around for that purpose to demonstrate how things should and shouldn’t be going! Katie is honest and fair in her assessments, and will take the time to make a list of priority items for repair and then explained what to expect down the road to need repair or replacement and will give a rough estimate so you can prepare financially.
