Quoted me for tires, and said they might need to do an alignment. When the bill was higher, I questioned it, and the service manager said "We ALWAYS do full wheel alignment on these cars when you buy a set of four tires, because of the all wheel drive." It would have been nice to know on the front end of the transaction that this was DEFINITELY going to happen.
I enjoy taking my 2018 Forester to Belknap Subaru for inspections and regular service and maintenance. The service folks are friendly and knowledgeable. I trust their expertise. The waiting area is open, bright, and comfortable. The charges are very reasonable. Thanks, again!
