Ryan at Rafferty Auto has helped us with several vehicle purchases over the years and I would never trust anyone else! Attentive, trustworthy and always willing to go the extra mile for a positive experience. Rafferty Auto sells used cars so there's a chance something could happen, but don't let that deter you, as Ryan will make it right. I recommend getting an extended warranty when buying a used car and they have some great plans, reasonably priced. They also have a top end service department for repairs and Justin, their service manager, stays on top of things. I highly recommend this dealership!

Knew I should have backed out of buying the car and eaten then on refundable 500 deposit when I had to send an email asking if the car had been in an accident from when I paid the deposit on Friday to when I picked up the car Monday. I didn't because I was desperate to continue providing childcare to lower income families and to believe that all humans are basically good. What a mistake. On pick up a panel was broken. Within a week the catalytic converter code was being tossed, Within a yr (10 months to be exact) the car failed inspection with 10k worth of work needed on it just to pass. My husband left a 1 star review, they hunted down his phone number to call and harass him at work after the 2nd year in a row the car failed inspection and needed several grand to pass. Junk car dealers, worthless warranties sold by companies banned from selling them in surrounding states. Typical used car salesmen who go as far below board as they can to make a sale. Any message I receive that does not start with an apology and end with a satisfactory conclusion for my trouble will be transcribed here for everyone's enjoyment laughing at. The not funny "we can track down your number but have no clue when you purchased or who you purchased with" will be reported appropriately.

We got a complete lemon sold to us that had serious problems arise almost the moment we left the lot. We were also sold a worthless warranty program that refused to pay for almost everything, and what little it did cover required we obtain used parts only. The dealer was suspiciously resistant to using card based transactions and financing options were severely limited. Would not recommend to anyone and will never be shopping with this dealership again.

My Husband and I bought a 2007 Ford F150 XLT 5.4 Triton roughly 2 years ago and it has had nothing but problems since we got it and we have sunk soooo much money into it already, recently 1500 bucks and yesterday it broke down on the highway and we are being told it is more than likely the engine. I would NOT recommend this dealership and IF you have no other choice, have a mechanic go with you, so you don't get screwed. (Had to put a star for it to post)

Ryan went above and beyond to get me financing! I’m talking 3 days of back and forth with banks! But he did it I’m more than happy. I’m not gonna lie the truck I got should have been gone threw a little better. But overall I would definitely use him again.
