i got an oil change. it was fairly standard. the fellow behind the deak started if quite rude (i had misplaced my registration and didn't know where to locate my VIN #, he acted as if i were stupid until i informed him i am on the spectrum and have ADHD, and then he became nicer) then they told me i had hundreds of dollars of "urgent" work needed on my car, which they could conveniently do right then. i declined, and told the desk guy i had a digital coupon, for which he again got really rude and dismissive, telling me they "didn't have online coupons for the type of oil change i had gotten" which was false, i showed it to him and he very reluctantly agreed to use the (very much NOT expired) coupon. i declined the work to my car, to which he told me many dire things would likely happen, and i left. my car has been and continues to be working just fine. ok oil change, though, i guess. NOT recommended.
