I called this guy last year asking about the cost to install glow plugs for F250 (Labors only ), and he told me he charge $ 110/hr and it will take 8 hours maybe more if it he needs to replace the harness, I'm not a mechanic and I felt $ 1000 is a rip off so I watched you tube videos and with basic tools I did all the glow plugs, the harness and the controller in 4 hours
