I managed to cause damage to two cars at once in my driveway. I went to Bedford Collision and I received a prompt quote, and they scheduled my cars such that I didn't have to have them there for a long time. The completed results for both cars were great. It's run by a husband and wife team that really care about their customers.

Would highly recommend! I had some roof damage as a result of falling tree branches. I didn’t want to file an insurance claim and went to a few shops for an estimate. They were all 2-3 weeks booked out. Bedford Collision was able to fit my repair in between jobs, the turn around time was less than a week, much faster than anywhere else. Misha was able to get a very reasonable estimate written up and I dropped the car off. At pick up, they even found additional dings/scratches on the inside of my door which were painted as well. Communication was great. I will be calling them first if I need any more work down the road!

Bedford Collision Center did a great job restoring my car where I can't detect there was any damage. The process was professional and smooth as they worked with my insurance company, clearly defining what I would owe for payment upon completion. I noticed an electronic issue with my locks shortly after getting my car back in which Misha was quick to accommodate, evaluated issue, ordered new part, and fixed problem. I hope to not need collision work going forward, but if I do, I know I can trust Bedford Collision Center to do an excellent job. Thanks Misha and Team.

Had my car keyed and dented; looks like it was never even vandalized after I picked it up from the shop. I couldn't be happier with how good the paint job and dent removal came out!

DO NOT GO HERE. Very bad experience… it all started when I got in an accident in august. My na Miata was brought here and took until October to get it back. The day I got my car back I was just thinking I finally got my car back, then I got home and found TWO dead mice in the cab. I called and they knew they were in there and said nothing. Then as I started to do my own work on the car i found beyond poor repair work, and pieces not put back. Then on top of all this I end up getting an ezpass bill in the mail, which means they took my vehicle out AT MIDNIGHT for a joy ride. Then when another call came to them they said that the car I DROVE IN wasn’t drivable at the time. DO NOT GO HERE
