I dropped off my truck that needed a battery. I walked to a Walmart. Came back and the battery was all set. Then I was informed about a AAA discount. I was very satisfied with the entire process.

I had just an alignment scheduled for early morning..I was surprised it was in spec.the guy said no charge.i thought that was really decent.he said it could feel diffent because if the tire wear.so I asked if they had time for a rotation and he said sure.was out of there shortly after.thank you so much.

They lied to me and multiple people I know about what they can do, they told me they could swap 2 tires and then I got there and they told me they couldn’t.

Hi Gaelan, our Woodsville team is always looking out for the safety of our customers and their vehicles. We will always make recommendations for your vehicle that protect you and your investment. It is recommended that when you're changing out two tires on the same axle at the same time you put the newer tires on the rear versus the front. This is so that you're less likely to lose traction and fishtail, which can potentially cause you to have an accident. We can swap out 2 tires, but we're always going to put the newer tires on the rear for your safety, the safety of your vehicle, and the safety of others driving around you. Can only say I’ve given these guys way too many chances. I drive 1000 miles a week for work, so I’m a frequent customer for oil changes. Not a single time have I gotten my truck back with everything checked off the list. Weather they forget to reset the service warning, or to put an oil change sticker on my windshield, something is messed up. Today I found out they put my airbox on incorrectly which caused it to run badly and stall at stops. It’s been like this for months, and they couldn’t figure it out. VIP in Williston VT had the truck fixed in 5 minutes and explained the airbox was not mounted correctly at all. Aside from my work truck, I’ve brought my car there a couple times now. First, they couldn’t figure out how to put it on the lift, second they couldn’t figure out how to do the work I needed. I got quoted $800 for them to change parts that didn’t need to be changed. I did the fix with $30 worth of parts, and even sent them the video of how to do it on the other side of the car. I’m not sure if it’s laziness, not caring, or plain incompetence but my business has been taken elsewhere. (For my truck, VIP in Williston VT because I’ve never had a single issue)

Went to have my tires changed. Good, quick service. Noticed after the fact that a lugnug was cross-threaded. Called for an appointment to get it fixed. Went to the appointment to find that they did not have the lugnug. Not a happy customer. Scheduled another appointment. Everyone's time is valuable and should be respected!
