Went to Promto oil change as an emergency stop. My wife and I were on vacation in New Hampshire for a week. We drove many miles all over the place. Our last day there my wife saw the oil light come on. We stopped at a convenience store to check it out. That's when I checked the oil level to which there wasn't any. I looked under the car and found a six inch puddle under the drain plug. The last place that did the oil change cracked the oil pan from tightening the oil drain plug way to tight...too much torque. Eric and his team at Prompto found the cracks and notified me about the issue. They plugged the cracks the best they could, told us it was a temporary fix. Tols us the oil pan needs replacing because of the damage caused by the other garage, gave me 3 extra quarts of oil to get home, free of charge. We live 4 hours away. Promto employees went way above and beyond to help us out. Kudos to Promto and their team.

This prompto recently over filled 3 of my vehicles one by as much as 2 quarts. My Honda shut off while I was driving. Costing me a tow and the expense of the damage caused by the pressure blowing my gasket and oil overflowing drowning my spark plugs and destroyed my distributor. After this I checked my Subaru and my grandfather's Toyota and both were also over filled having been last serviced at the North Conway Prompto. I went back to have my Subaru drained, they poorly communicated to the guy below who completely removed the drain plug draining more than half the oil out. After they said they were finished they again overfilled the tank. Overwhelmed by their inability to perform a simple routine task, I left to have my oil adjusted elsewhere.

In and out. No fuss and they don't pressure you to buy additional items. Guys are friendly and professional. I love this service in my home town.

I have done all my oil changes here for years. In every car I've owned. I show up today and am told by the manager Eric, but his manager won't let them do an oil change on my car because it's too expensive to fix if they break something. So apparently I have to go somewhere else now because they don't know how to do the filter on my car that they did two months ago and 2 months before that. Very disappointed. They are losing a customer of 15 years today and I will not be returning.

Eric and crew are always pleasant and efficient they get the job done and it's fast. My vehicle is not the newest but I am treated like any other customer, with kindness and respect!! Even when I have I'm a girl car questions.

Great service, definitely lives up to the name. I was in and out in around 10-15 minutes, not expensive either. They don't add on extra BS charges like some mechanics do, and if they do add anything, they're incredibly clear about it.

Super quick, friendly service. Don't try to oversell you anything. Give you as much info up front as possible. Prefer Prompto for oil changes over my dealership.
