Took me in with no appointment, replaced my whole Steering rack, replaced 2 ball joints and got me rolling the same day. Great staff, and location. I would definitely recommend Brutus auto to anyone looking for an honest and quality driven shop. They are now my go to place for auto repair.

Very fast and thorough service to get my vehicle ready for a very long trip. All workers were very polite and professional and I definitely knew they would stand behind their work. Reasonably priced. Comfortable waiting area Totally pleased.

UPDATE: So, I have had a couple services at Brutus Auto since writing the review below. There have been some changes in personnel, and I had no issues with the workmanship for these appointments. They are still very nice with great communications, billing, and invoicing. I will continue to use them in the future. Rick Used to be great, not sure anymore. Still very nice and friendly service. The communications, billing and invoicing are awesome. I'm just not sure about the workmanship anymore. I have had problems with my last three services (all costing me more money). I know stuff happens, but 3 times in a row. Have been a loyal customer for years, not sure but I might be moving on, we'll see.

Though we strive to be the best shop out there, we can fall short on occasion but we do work hard to right any mistakes. Please let us know if we can help rectify the issues at hand.
