I had initially planned to take my Mercedes to 603 MTech Autowerks for rear brakes looking to save a bit from dealer pricing (30%). When I took the car in for the brakes - I was also having a nagging issue with erratic readings from the engine temperature gauge, it would go from normal to high to low in rapid succession. Disconcerting, especially when driving late at night in northern NH. Two dealers had looked at the issue, claimed to have resolved through software updates and sent me on the way to continue to experience the same problem. Adam and Zach listened carefully to my description of the problem and asked questions. Adam was able to quickly identify similarities with my issue and others he had seen. He explained what he thought it was and ran a few diagnostics to rule out other issues. He discussed with me what needed to be done and what the cost would be, he was also clear that there was some probability that the issue could be something else so I knew the risk. Zach kept me updated as the work progressed which I greatly appreciated. Adam shared pictures of the work and confirmation of the source of the issue. The temperature gauge issue was resolved (and the brakes were done perfectly)! I received the car back cleaner than it had been in years! I will be going back to 603 MTech Autowerks, they are about an hour from me and worth every minute of the drive! I was really impressed with their thoughtful approach to service (they really took the time to make sure I understood what was going on with the car) and, of course, all at a savings versus taking the car to the dealership.

Amazing work and amazing people. As soon as I parked my car, I felt very welcomed. Everyone greeted me and was very nice, felt like I was at a friend or family members shop rather than a business. They even replaced my key battery as soon as they saw the warning on the dash! Above and beyond for sure. Zach was very nice and showed me around, they had a waiting room which was very nice. You could also choose to watch your car get worked on, which I did for part of the time I was there. I got to speak to Adam who is a Mercedes Master tech, and very knowledgeable on these cars. He answered any questions I had and we had a very nice conversation. Overall was an amazing experience, these people are for sure the best around for these cars no doubt.

Exceptional serivice! Brought my vehicle in for an oil change staff are super friendly, they had knoticed my vehicle needed an inspection and they reminded me to get it done! One less thing for me to do. Very quick and efficient highly recommend.

I don't want to badmouth any other Mercedes dealer/repair place, but the guys at 603 MTech Autowerks saved me an enormous sum, both by not doing a job that didn't need to be done, and by charging less than a dealer for the jobs that did need to be done. (My recently-purchased used car had an aftermarket part installed badly in a nonspecialist garage by the prior car owner; MTech fixed the problem at a nominal cost; a dealer wanted $2,500 to replace with a Mercedes-brand part.) MTech was also friendly and professional in every other way, and left the car spotless.

When my local European shop wasn't able to remediate a misfire on my W221 S550, I arranged for the car to be transported all the way from PA to 603 MTech. Mike confirmed the vehicle was received and the very next day, they had the car running. I requested them to perform other preventative maintenance while the car was with them, and finally, 3 weeks later I was able to drive back home. Great team, they went above and beyond with the service. I'd be happy to send the car back to them for any major service moving forward.

They are thorough, detail oriented, communicative and efficient in getting old vehicles running like new.
