They seem to be pretty knowledgeable and very capable of their trade. He fixed my rear hatch that was corroded. He also replaced my driver side window regulator. One downsides of his shop is he will not do work with most parts you bring him because he can’t warranty it out. He’s very friendly and understanding and he even let me keep my car there for a month while I ordered the part. His schedule seems to be packed so the sooner you make an appointment with him the sooner he can diagnose and fix your issue.
Owner was very helpful and professional.
On a late Friday afternoon, Dylan at J&M Imports was the only guy in the area willing to help us out with a quick emergency situation. We’re not from around here, and had already been turned away from several locations. He was friendly, approachable, quick to help, and very knowledgeable. Workmanship was top notch. I would absolutely bring my car here again. I’m just disappointed I don’t live locally or I would be back here for all of my car servicing needs. Thanks again!!
this is my second time coming here and they are always more than accommodating to help you on whatever you need. they can work with your schedule or try to get you in when they have down time. great people to work with for your car needs
Cannot say enough about the quality and care of service received at J&M Import's. Both Dylan & Mark are exceptionally honest and reliable and when it comes to cars especially for the inexperienced this what you want. Highly recommend.
I and my family have been going to Mark and J&M for over 20 years. They provide sound and fair advice and are always willing to take the extra time to explain issues. I have since moved across the country and still call Mark for trustworthy advice. His knowledge of a variety of models of cars is extensive!
