Great shop! Excellent mechanics and the service is top notch!!
I got my car back from a mechanic late in the evening and needed to find a place to get me in for a quick inspection. I called up but I think the office was either empty or preoccupied but I got a call back 10 minutes before closing and I was told they could take me in now. Went right over and they got me in and got my sticker, total life saver because I needed to travel EARLY next morning to drive a few states over before a snow storm rolled in.
Mike and James are great mechanics and treat customers well. I would definitely recommend Brailey’s Auto Service.
Brought in my old 2001 Tundra to have its 4-wheel drive mechanism fixed. It was not engaging at 4HI. James Ash quickly detected that one of the actuators failed. Got the parts from Toyota directly and installed. It’s behaving beautifully now. Like Chris Anderson, James Ash is also very thorough. I recommend them wholeheartedly for their high quality of work and very reasonable labor rates. They always been honest and fair, and never pushed any unnecessary work.
The repairs I'm not able to do myself they've done with great service. Mount and balance tires cheaper and better than anyone in town too.
