My entire experience at Gurney’s was great from the moment I walked in the door. The shuttle service was outstanding. The person at the desk was helpful and pleasant. I will definitely take my car there again.

The customer service was great I felt very comfortable they were looking out for my best interest and not overly selling repairs I did not need

I have trusted my vehicle maintenance to dealership service for years, but I recently went to Gurney’s Automotive in Milford, NH to repair a flat tire from my truck. The owner slid the tire repair into his already full schedule because I had already took it off the truck and put a spare on. When repaired, Bill asked me to bring the truck by, and his mechanic swapped the tire back onto the truck and put the spare back in its storage, no extra charge. So when it came time to do an annual vehicle inspection, oil change, tire replacement and general service for my second car, I chose to try Gurney’s again and Bill did not disappoint me. I came back to a vehicle done in half the time expected time, all work done thoroughly and correctly; and within all quoted amount, even though two TPMS sensors and 3 light bulbs (which were not quoted) required replacement. The car was even washed and looked good. I was absolutely impressed with the results, and will not hesitate to have Gurney’s Automotive to do more of the service work required. Thanks to Bill, Danielle and the rest of the team at Gurney’s. Jim
