Garbage. Quoted me $1600 for an exhaust repair. Told me the entire exhaust and mufflers would need to be replaced. Took it to another shop that charged me $300 to fix 3 small leaks with new downpipe. Made us feel bad about having an older car. Took all day to repair a heat shield, and it wasn’t even fixed. If anything, it’s louder. Stay away. Response to owner: Work order # is 31942. Not sure how you wouldn’t be able to find it, it was Monday

Hi Connor, Thank you for the repair order number, I was able to look at it as well as the pictures of the issues. I would really appreciate a call. I am not sure what another garage did for you but I an certain it was not replace the exhaust system., which is what it needs to return the car to good running condition which is evident from the pictures we provided you with. So your comparison of what they did and what we quoted was not apples to apples. We also quoted you under two hundred dollars to do a temporary repair which may have been what the other garage did for the 300. Again I would welcome the opportunity to talk with you.
