Great service. They were able to get Toyota to price match, so I got original manufacturer parts. Texted every couple of days with status update. And even cleaned the inside of my car.

STOP 🛑. You’ll never go to any other body shop once you’ve been to Crash Collisions in Merrimack, NH. You’ll find them friendly & very professional. Right when I walked in they had my information from my insurance company plus set up a rental. They kept me informed on what was happening with all the repairs, which I really appreciated. They were there to answer all my questions. At the end my car really stood out in there parking lot. Bright, clean, detailed and the repairs were outstanding. Thank you all for a fantastic job. 😉

Amazing customer service. Car was completed ahead of schedule. I was given daily text updates of where my car was in the process. Picked up my car to it being cleaned inside and out, looking brand new.

This was the best experience I've had with an auto body shop. They were efficient professional and personable. They reached out every time there was a change in status with the repairs or if there was a difference in the part they were replacing from what the original OEM part was. I couldn't have been happier with the results
