Excellent service from making the appointment, walking through the door being greeted, and then the mechanic (Tom) came into the lobby and explained what services were needed. Bill, Shawn and Tom were all very pleasant to deal with from start to finish. I highly recommend Mike's!!!
Always feel that they are being straight with me, and I don't feel overcharged.
Called for inspection bill said we are booked but if you can leave for the day I'll squeeze it in. Dropped off in morning called 2 hrs later was all set picked up car after inspection and they had vacumed my car!!! Who does that!! Over and above just don't find that type of service anymore!! Highly recommended
The problem with my overheating Mazda RX-8 was diagnosed quickly and the work was done when promised at the agreed upon price.
Best car care in the area, if you want it done right and reasonable.
