MPL does great work at competitive prices. Their techs are by far the best techs that have worked on my vehicles. They've solved problems that stumped multiple other shops, I would recommend MPL to anyone.
Misdiagnosed an engine vibration after three visits and put two incorrect mounts on my car which made the vibration worse, before just telling me to take it to Honda. Honda diagnosed the engine vibration properly and fixed the issue in one visit. Incorrect mount still caused a leftover vibration so they replaced it with the correct one. Vibrations completely gone. Although the mount replacement at Honda fixed the leftover vibration the incorrect mount was causing and I have an invoice from a Honda certified tech stating it was the incorrect part for my vehicle, Tandra at MPL who as far as I know is not a mechanic, simply "disagrees" and stated that (quote) "I could put anything on an invoice I want as well" and refuses to take back the part. She is also using the reasoning that I received "seven hours of free diagnostic labor" as the other reason for no refund on the part even though those seven hours were spent using incorrect parts in the first place. Tl;Dr Didn't fix the car, worsened the problem with incorrect parts, refused to make it right afterwards ,and I'm out an extra $400 or so. Don't recommend. 🤷🏻♂️
Alot of these 5 star review's must be friend's & family,I would avoid.stay away from Bayside too.
