I am so disappointed with my experience. I want to first say that I will never be recommending this bodyshop to anybody I know. I purchased a new vehicle and was hit in the right rear the day I bought it. Cantin Collision was what the insurance company recommended as a body shop to perform repairs. I had an estimate completed totaling about $3,000 and brought the vehicle in. I worked with Matthew and we walked around the vehicle and took pictures reviewing the damages and what needed to be repaired, he assured me it would all be fixed and returned to factory standards. There was extensive work needed to repair the vehicle but yet they called me within three business days telling me that all of the work had been performed and that my car was ready to be picked up. I went after hours with another key to pickup the car and was stunned at how poor of a job they had done. The body work was terrible and it was so obvious that the car had been in an accident. Not to mention, they did not perform half of the repairs on the work order in addition to damaging all four of my wheels in the process. The next morning I drove down and brought everything to their attention. They denied damaging my wheels and refused to stand accountable but said that they could take the car back in and submit another claim to insurance to complete the job in a better manner. I was out of the country for the second round of repairs and left them a phone number to contact with updates - Not a single text message or phone call was made. Upon picking up the car after the second round of repairs, the body work had been improved but still stood as subpar work. They performed the work that was initially supposed to be done but again, subpar results. They had broken my rear taillight in the process of repairs and replaced it and decided to leave the broken part in my backseat (never communicated this to me). Additionally, they damaged the leather on my steering wheel as well. I reviewed the repair notes to find that my car didn't start for them at one point and that the check engine light was on - AGAIN, never communicated any of this to me. I was so fed up with the place that I ended up just taking my car and leaving. I conclude with this: this business tried to perform minimal work that the untrained eye would not notice in attempt to claim insurance money and work less. Please do not bring your vehicle here. I really wish that I had read reviews before I did.
This was my first time there. and I was very impressed with the work done and with the friendly staff thay went well beyond of what was required. When I so my car first time, all I could say was wow. I was there for collision , and they cleaned my car so well , that I wasn't sure if that was my car. And I didn't have to make any calls to my insurance ,they did it all thanks you guys.
The customer service I received at Cantin was the best I've ever had in my life. No restaurant, store, or business has ever taken care of me better. My doctor's office doesn't even treat me as well as they did at Cantin. Let me tell you why they are so phenomenal: 1.). They have a Bobby. Bobby, you can tell, is an absolute professional and he's clearly used to dealing with people who are in distress over damaged cars. Bobby was friendly, calm, reassuring, and just overall wonderful to work with. Every time I talked to him or listened to his voicemails, I felt more at ease with the stress of dealing with my car repair. I'm a worrier by nature and I thank you, Bobby, for always making me feel reassured. 2.) I never had to call Cantin once to check on the status of my repair. Bobby called me every week - sometimes more - to give me updates on the status of my 6-week collision repair. They were proactive and made sure I didn't have to lift a finger to learn about my car. Amazing. 3.) They really want to make sure everything is right. After I picked up my car, I had a concern about a small, minor adjustment in my trunk and how it looked. I hate sending food back at a restaurant, nevermind bringing a whole car back with a concern! But, as usual, Bobby put me at ease. He listened to my concern, agreed that I wasn't crazy, and assured me it would be fixed. Literally hours later, the adjustment had been made and my car was more perfect than when I drove it off the lot. I really appreciate his not making me feel like "a pain" when I had a concern. Overall, having a damaged car is insanely stressful, and this particular incident happened in alignment with many other stressors in my month. Cantin Collision TRULY made this a pain-free, stress-free experience and I can't thank them enough. They will forever have my accolades and my recommendations. If you are a prospective customer, call them today for your repair. They'll take care of your car and YOU, too. If you are a local business owner, consider picking up the phone and asking for pointers because their customer experience is unparalleled.
I was rear-ended and knew from previous experience that I should choose Cantin. Once again so happy I did. Not only did they do a fantastic job repairing my car, they kept me informed the whole time, they communicated well with the insurance company of the guy who hit me and truly made this as seamless as possible for me. Today when I picked up my car it was super clean and smelled like a brand new car on the inside 😁
