Very disappointed this time around. Had oil change, inspection and brake check done. When I picked up my truck the clock, temperature reading and some lights were not working properly like they were before all the above were done.

Very friendly employees and good techs as well. Receptionist is top notch, great conversationalist. Everyone was super nice. It's such a change from grumpy people. J.S. Automotive Charlestown, NH must be a great place to work! I'll be bringing my car back most definitely. Kevin I went back for another oil change and I'm still impressed! Kevin

I had been getting mailers from J.S. Automotive since they opened in Charlestown. Luckily my car, bought used, has performed well and the first inspection had been done by the dealer. But now, a year later I needed an inspection, and J.S. seemed a good place to try to see if it would be a good place to go when I really needed work done. I passed the inspection, and that was good, but the detailed explanation of what I should be looking for in the future was what made me think that this was the place I would go when I needed work done. I just had my second inspection in as many years. They fixed the license plate lights which were out as I had discovered the night before when I was stopped and warned by the police in Bellows Falls that my license plate lights were out. I said, "No problem; I'll have them fixed at inspection," and they were.
