Jack did an Amazing job on my husband truck. He was able to fix the problems quick and easily and in a timely manner! I highly recommend!

Jack Mayfield is an exemplary business owner. While moving from Florida to Colorado my radiator blew on the interstate. He is the only person willing to even look at my vehicle the same day it happened. Three days later I’m sitting with my beautiful granddaughter because Jack truly goes above & beyond 🙌🏼 Thank you from the bottom of my heart and Jack is an unsung hero in Colby Kansas.

This is an amazing repair shop! The owner, Jack was so helpful to my daughter, Sally, when she had car trouble! He really went above and beyond to fix her car, took her to town to find a motel and then picked her up after the car was done!! This man exemplifies what customer service is all about!!! i dont even know where to begin. jack is incredible. ive never had a mechanic so good im honestly glad we broke down. so knowledgeable, so generous, such a good man. he rebuilt the rear end of our motorhome and a fixed our headlight and a problem we were having in our steering column too but he went so far above and beyond just fixing our rv. he let us plug into his shop while we waited for parts to ship and completely took care of us, filled our water jugs, drove us to the store whenever we needed, invited us to come watch tv in his shop. we were complete strangers but from the moment we got to mayfeild jack treated us like family. i am honestly so touched by his generosity. we dont live in kansas but will bring our cars here whenever we can. in my past experience mechanic shops have been so shady, not fixing what they claimed and racking up the bill with no explanation. but jack helped us to negotiate our warranty so after hosting us for almost 2 weeks (mostly waiting for the parts to arrive, once he got them jack finished the job in a day and a half) he didnt charge us a dime. i cannot thank jack enough. bring your car here.

There are certain beings that words do not have lots of letters to describe their worth, their ability and or their capabilities and capacities. Jack is one of one. And I mean this quite literally, and with the upmost regards and admiration for Jack. We have been driving through some parts of America, looking for mechanics to do a very little percentage of the work jack did to our RV and we have found none in all the mechanics we’ve spoken to. Every mechanic from Kansas to Kentucky, except Mayfield repairs, brains have definitely and literally shut down when they hear that our pinion seals need tightening. Ok. Our motor home broke down because the pinion seal installed by another mechanic shop in falcon, Colorado and on our way to New York it broke in Oakley Kansas. We called some shops and as always, we had a few shops that could not do it because they’ve never worked on RV before. Then my partner found Jack and immediately when we mentioned what we were experiencing on the road he immediately knew what we were talking about and promised to immediately look at it. When he did, he found that the pinion was broken. He offered his expertise and most importantly, he shared with us his most valuable assets, his TIME and selfless generosity. In the end, we stayed at Mayfield Repair and plugged into his shop for over a week and when the parts arrived as per all the other calls he made with our former mechanic shop in falcon and NAPA to ensure they were the responsible parties to repair our broken pinion seal. I could gooo endlessly and without form to discuss all the experiences and generosity we received from Jack and his family. All we are saying is. For anyone looking for work done on their cars - you will NOT find anyone like Jack. Yes, people are nice and with nice characters and characteristics. But, we are looking to find others. It like Jack. Five stars are beneath Jack’s standards and capacities. Thank you, brother 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
