Worst experience ever. Dropped my car off on December 14th to get a new transmission put in. After I was called about the estimate I was told my car would be done in two weeks. However, this was a lie. I did not hear anything from them the whole time they had my car. I had to continue to call for any updates. Fast forward over a month a later. I was finally told my car was done after getting serval different dates over the last month of when it would be finished. I drive my car home and notice, that it was not shifting, hardly at all. I then take it back up there. After another week of waiting I finally call them to see what was wrong with my car again. They tell me that the transmission that they just put in there, was a bad transmission and that it would need either a new transmission or a rebuilt control module. Frustrated, I complied and asked how long this yet again would take. They explain to me that it’s covered under the warranty and they would need to get it approved through that. I yet again complied and waited for hear back about my car. Never hearing anything, I called back again and asked when my car would be finished. They tell me, March 3rd at the latest. March 3rd comes and then they decide to tell me that my car would not be finished because of not having certain parts. Now even more frustrated, I decide to take my car back and not have them work on it. They had my car for nearly 3 months, never called to give me any updates, never offered me a loaner car, broke stuff while fixing my car that wasn’t broken before, put a faulty transmission in my car when that’s what was supposed to be fixed and lied about when the car would he finished multiple times. I felt as if I never got a straight answer from anybody about what was really going on. I will never get my care serviced at this place ever again.

Really great customer service getting my sister-in-laws tire patched and a new TPMS sensor install. Good group of techs, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend giving them a call for all your car needs.
