Has fixed a couple vehicles for me. Always quality work.

I really hate rating anyone this low, but my experience with Auto Body Unlimited ended up being a hassle that cost me a lot of money and time. Took my car there to get the frame checked out, and they managed to straighten it for $200. Which is great! HOWEVER... The gentleman who worked on my vehicle said everything was ready for a mechanic to look at. (He said it might need a new engine cradle, but that a mechanic should be able to take care of that.) I made sure, very specifically, to ask if it needed more body work before a mechanic could fix the radiator / any other problems, and the answer was no. So I had it towed to a mechanic. Surprise: the mechanic (Gray's Auto) said it needs new radiator mounts, and that they can't go forward with their work (replacing the radiator) until a body shop takes care of the radiator mounts. So I called up Auto Body Unlimited about that, and was told they would have to look at my car again to see what it needed. I could have argued the point, but didn't feel like conflict would be productive over the phone. Basically, I had to pay for the work, pay for a tow there, pay for a tow to the mechanic, and NOW pay for a third tow to a different body shop. Hopefully the new body shop (S&S in Paxico) can actually do what needs to be done this time. THEN, finally, I'll need to tow it to the mechanic AGAIN for stuff like alignment. That's at least two more tows than was necessary, and tow trucks are not cheap. I'm just trying to get by, like most Americans. And my car has been out of commission for 2 months now, waiting to be fixed. I may visit Auto Body Unlimited later just to talk about this, I don't know. Either they or Gray's were incompetent here, and I'm inclined to trust Gray's because A.B.U. didn't even mention the radiator mounts as I recall. Until they consider paying for the cost of my extra tows (~$300), this review is staying up. I hope everyone else has a better experience than I did.
