I started talking with them back in June of 2022 to get my Jeep painted and was told they were really backlogged. Fast forward to July of 2023 when I was told I could finally bring in my Jeep. I was really excited since I had only heard good things about them. The Jeep was dropped off on July 31st 2023 and at that time my wife and I were told it would take at least 6 to 8 weeks possibly a little longer. On September 11, 2023 I called to get a status update. They were rather short with me on the phone and said they hadn’t even started working on the Jeep. On October 30, 2023 my wife called them and asked them for a status update. They responded to her in a RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL manner again stating they hadn’t even started working on the Jeep and that they weren’t even going to make any money on this and that they would rather work on more profitable INSURANCE jobs. He said he was done and to come pick it up that the keys would be in it. When we arrived to pick it up he didn’t even bother coming out to see us. I don’t believe TWO phone calls in a 12 week period warranted the attitude and treatment we received.

We are extremely busy with insurance jobs, most insurance jobs are not drivable and does take precedence over restoration jobs. Things don’t always happen as fast as we want them to in today’s world parts and materials are tough to come by so it slows everything down. Good luck with your Jeep.
