Very nice and knowledgeable. They check to ensure everything they fix is completed in the most up-to-date manner, looking at new recommendations from manufacturers, etc. They don't BS you...just the truth. Most reasonable prices around!

I would highly recommend Gregg Bruce Auto. I was worried about going on a trip with my 90 year old mom. They squeezed me in during a busy week. Besides checking things for a road trip, they found I needed new back tires and brake pads. They tires came overnight and everything was done by 24 hours of first dropping off my vehicle. Definitely will be back!

I perform all over the country and every once and a while my van decides to make the next destination a challenge. After performing at the Baldwin City elementary schools I was worried about a sound the van has been making. I brought it to Gregg and he found what two other mechanics, in the past two weeks, couldn't find. I was headed to California and I would not have made it past Texas without my wheel flying off. He found the root cause of my problem where the others only patched it. He also went out of his way to find a hotel for me and my assistant and gave us ride there too! The only place that had my part opened at 8am the next day. Excellent customer service! This is how it's done! Thanks Gregg!
