Great customer service experience! I called Dennis about a crack in our Jeep windshield around 5:30pm on a Wednesday - he was at my house in less than an hour, and completed the repair in about 30 minutes. Excellent repair and phenomenal customer service! I highly recommend The Crack Cat!

I got a big rock chip driving down the road. I called the crack cat and he set me up for the same day repair. He fixed it and looks great. Now I don’t have to worry about it spreading and getting worse. Very good price for what he did

I called as I was heading back into town from a quick trip to McPherson. When Dennis and I talked, I was at Newton. We arranged to meet at my home in 30 minutes, and sure enough, he was there with nothing but professionalism, expertise, and all the right tools to get the job done (2 rock chips) in less than 30 minutes. My job was DONE in less than 1 hour from contact! Outstanding!! Use Dennis without any hesitation!!

What a great guy! Thank you Dennis! Our windshield picked up a small chip that could have easily turned into a real split with just a road bump. We had a tight schedule this morning and Dennis had us back on the road fast!!! Insurance approved the repair right away too! Dennis is a great example of fast, friendly and skillful service.

I highly recommend The Crack Cat. Dennis was able to come quickly AND he came too our home. (Safelite was unable to serve us for 3.5 weeks which gives time for the crack to spread.) He helped me file the claim with my insurance company. He repaired two cracks in the windshield. He was efficient and helpful. I will definitely be using him in the future. Support local business and use The Crack Cat!
