Was appreciative of the more in-depth troubleshooting job on my headlight. This was the third time I was in for my dead headlight. They feel as though the problem is now solved. I'm just curious as to why it happened or not detected sooner. Everyone there was most polite. I did get a little over-anxious as to how long I was there. But it's worth it if problem is solved. I'd ask though that if you know the issue will take longer than expected that you keep in touch with customer and not leave us wondering. It's also a very nice thing that you wash and vacuum my vehicle! That's a service I doubt other dealerships offer! Thank you!

If I could give negative stars I would. Service “pro” Jason has been nothing but disappointing since I’ve worked with him. Seriously HATE bringing my vehicles here for anything. Brought my vehicle in for a plethora of things to be done, recalls included, and always leave feeling less than satisfied. Jason works with me every time. He’s suppose to know what’s going on with my vehicle, he’s the only one who has ever dealt with me. Yet he doesn’t. Took my vehicle in once for issues with my battery and key fob batteries. Took FIVE hours for them to tell me nothing was wrong, must be my battery.(after two years- okay potentially). But not only that my key fob battery was changed, but within a week was already telling me it needed changed again and my horn to tell me it is locked or find my car won’t work… fast forward about 10 months. Several recalls and months later still having the same issue. Talked on the phone for a solid amount of time explaining the issues and why I was bringing it in AGAIN. So the day arrives for my scheduled appointment, drop it off and wait. Expecting all of my concerns to be addressed an answers to my problems. Nope, nothing even close to that. Jason just called to tell me by battery was bad… no way Jason, did you figure everything else out that I told you to look at, his response simply was, no but we certainly can look at that for you. SERIOISLY?! Three hours in your shop and you did nothing? You have NO answers? The battery is less than a year old, clearly it’s not a battery issue at the root cause and considering it’s the second time for bringing it in about the SAME thing and this would be the only reason I’m bringing it to YOU because hello my car is a Nissan and has some serious issues. Told them it could be a grounding issue, told them it could be related to one of the recalls, told them lots of things and yet they couldn’t even try to do ANYTHING?? Not to mention any time you need an oil change you better be prepared to be there for a scheduled appointment with them for at least 3 hours. Quit going to get oil changes when it wasn’t free, and quit dealing with their dealership as a whole 12/15/23.. Salina or Hutch seems way better of a fit than them. TRASH service from a TRASH company! Do not recommend. Told them not to do anything to my vehicle since the only reason I brought it in to be serviced for all things was convenience. Walk in for pick up and am still charged… seriously do not bring your vehicle here. Seems as though I knew more about cars than the service “pro” himself. Felt talked down to and disregarded, this might be true because I am a female and it happens everywhere- but seriously do better!

I arrived to the que before 8 am and had my car after a total 4 hours which considering the amount of servicing and recall work needing to be performed wasn't bad. One of the services I requested was to analyze a "slipping" in the CVT transmission which is a known issue. This was resolved and the car is running like a new 2013 Altima. I wish to express my "thanks" to your customer service and technicians for helping keep my car in top shape!!
