Husband took our truck into Myers to have the air conditioner charged in our truck. They charged it, and when we were leaving the shop, the AC still wasn't working ($261). Went back they checked it out and said that the orphus tube was plugged and needed a new orphus tube, flush and recharge and needed a new relay. Paid for that to be done to fix it again ($200), got it back and it still isn't working. Went back and now they are saying I have to pay for a diagnosis??? I called another shop told them what was happening, they new exactly what was wrong, they said that the compressor was going out and that replacing that orphus tube, flushing and recharging was all a waste of money. That needs to be done after the compressor is replaced. Isn't a repair shop supposed to repair and actually know what they are doing? Stay away from this shop Wichita!

Stay away!!!! They supposedly did a front end diagnostic….. which we requested. Somehow the truck came home after a week with nothing fixed and now barely running. Drove it in no engine problems….. left smoking terrible, almost couldn’t make the 7 mile drive home. Sent us home with over a 7k estimate on a 21 year old truck! Do better by people!!! Are you kidding me they had the balls to include a $700 tune up for a 2003 young man’s only vehicle to get to school on the estimate!!! All we asked for was tie rods replaced and an alignment……. Now we are out $60 bucks and a vehicle. We will be contacting an attorney!

Heidi - When our team diagnosed your truck, our team found major safety concerns regarding the truck. Both of the tie rods needed to be replaced, the control arms were worn down to an extreme amount and needed to be replaced immediately, the ball joints needed to be replaced, and there were oil, transmission, and rear differential leaks. All of these pose safety concerns and because of these could not complete the work that you brought the truck in for. We made you aware of this and this is the reasoning behind the large estimate. $3,500. Spent on fixing my front end of my truck. Not any better than before I had Meyers work on it. I do not recommend Meyers.

First time using service here. I appreciated the shuttle service. The ability to work on my Volvo was something I was thankful for. I liked how pictures were sent to me by the mechanic to show concerns.
