My car and I got into a fight with a 2x4. (Now, I'm not saying who won, but the fact that I'm leaving a review for Midas...) It was about an hour before they closed and I called to see the great folks at Midas could fix the piece of my front bumper that was dragging. The amount of effort the crew there put into reattaching the underside of my bumper was actually awesome. I was all for just cutting the stupid dragging part off, but they drilled and attached things. I have had several repairs done at the South Seneca Midas, and I'm very pleased with the service. The car fixy people are fantastic! Personable, kind, and not condescending. Even tho I know nothing about auto repair, I don't feel like I am being talked down to or screwed over. I drive a 2012 with almost 200k miles, so I'll definitely be back!! Noah and the crew (sorry, I don't know their names!) are trustworthy and skilled. My car might not be in good hands with me behind the wheel, but I know that this crew will get me sorted! PS. Staff of S Seneca Midas- HMU and I'll get yall lunch. You guys rock!

Told them what the problem was with my car but made me pay for a diagnostic that told me what i already knew was wrong which costed 124$. Also my ignition doesnt work and the diagnostic check includes a road test and other tests which couldnt have been done since my ignition was broken and was not fixed becase they quoted me an insane price so i took my car out to get it done cheaper at another shop. Plus i already took off the steering column panels before i dropped my car off so they could see that it was the ignition actuater thet needed replaced. So i guess i paid 124$ for them to look at the steering column and confirm what i already knew about the actuator. its just dishonest. Never take your car to these corporate auto shops. They scam people all the time. I want my money back.

So far I have had to take my truck back to Midas twice because their “welding” job didn’t hold. I never got an apology. Just excuses. They did fix it, but I have lost my confidence in going back for other repair needs.
