10 out of 10 for their service department!! They communicate well and always focus on customer concerns. I take 2 of my vehicles to them and they always take really good care of them. James has the rest of the staff are awesome!!

Diagnosed my vehicle wrong. My warranty company refused to fix the issue based on what they told them. I decided to take it to a different dealership and they charged me $200 for the “diagnostic” that wasn’t even right! The next mechanic shop I took it to diagnosed it correctly and got my warranty company to cover repairs. This is the last place I will ever take my Mercedes to. Go to import luxuries if you need your Mercedes worked on.

I have owned 3 different Mercedes models and I will NEVER buy another one. They refused to work on my car because it's too old being a 1998 slk 230. They refuse to work on any models older than 2000. With only 134,000 actual miles even. Won't ever spend another dollar on that brand or at that dealership.
