We have great experiences with honesty and quality of service by Johnny and his staff. We bring all three of our Porsche cars here for service. We have been using German Motors for years, and will continue to use them. Very reliable service and goes above and beyond to help in many ways. Great, awesome, and wonderful honest people.

Was recommended to come here after I had issues dealing with other mechanics and dealerships, was of the mind going in that they were all crooked and here wouldn't be any different. I am so thankful that I was wrong. Johnny and the rest of the staff are truly amazing. Great with communicating and great work. I won't bring a vehicle anywhere else and I've been a customer of his for over a year. Not long I know but I almost never used a shop more than once prior to coming here. Great people, great service.

Booked an alignment and advised that I would wait on it and would prefer to sit in vehicle during service. Was told OK at that time. Several weeks later I arrived and mentioned it to the tech greeting me. No rebuttal at that time about sitting in car. Pulled up to rack and owner came out declining request claiming insurance regs. No problem. Ask if he had weights for the seat. He said my car didn't need them unlike a BMW and No, he didn't have weights. This type of info needs to be relayed to potential customer at time of booking. Disappointed and waste of a day off from work.

I love this garage! They do great work, very fair, finish when they say. I've had some major work done and was pleasantly surprised by the price. All still true years later! THIS IS AN HONEST REPUTABLE SHOP!

I never take the time to leave reviews but Johnny deserves it. I have been taking my BMW here since 2019. This place was recommended to me by a close friend and from the first appointment until now I have not one complaint. Johnny is an expert mechanic and runs a pristine shop. He has gone out of his way to help me out multiple times and even not charged me for items I had him fix that others would have. His prices are very reasonable and he is always able to quote me in advance for the work and even months later when I finally bring it in its the exact same price he said it would be. He never tries to have you get more work done than you actually need, which was my experience with all dealerships or repair shops before finding German Motor Works. I consider him a good friend as he is trustworthy and honest. I will never have my cars worked on anywhere else. My BMW has not had a single issue outside of normal oil/filter changes or minor repairs since Johnny started overseeing my cars maintenance. Which is approx. 70k miles under his watch so far.
