I drove in from out of town, not liking how my vehicle felt on the highway. I called Expert Auto Center and they got me in right away! Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable customer service. Absolutely recommend to all! I can’t thank them enough for the gift of peace of mind they gave me

I can't say enough about Shawn and his team at the downtown location! It is hard to find a car shop you can trust BUT THIS IS MYTHICAL BEAST!! They do great work with exceptional service!!🚗 🚘 🛻

A very good experience getting my oil changed. Everyone was friendly!!
Expert Auto Center came through for me BIGTIME. I had a strange situation. I am working in Florida and my car was sent from a terrible BMW shop to BMW of Wichita, where they wanted to charge me over $1300 for a job that was completed. I had my 535iX flatbedded to Expert where Shawn Hanson worked a miracle and did the same job for one fifth the price. I will be forever grateful.
