Dear AAMCO Transmissions Team (Tim), I am writing to express my concerns and provide feedback regarding a recent experience I had with your service center. As a customer, I have always expected and appreciated the high standards of professionalism and honesty that AAMCO is known for. Unfortunately, my recent interactions have left me somewhat disheartened. Over the past two weeks, I have been in regular contact with your team, specifically with an individual named Tim. During this period, I was under the impression that my vehicle was receiving the necessary attention and repairs. However, it has come to my attention that my car has not been serviced or inspected as I was led to believe. This revelation is particularly concerning, as it not only reflects a lapse in service but also a deviation from the truthfulness I expected. Edit: I would not recommend you bring your vehicle here.
