Had my oil changed with Kessler Automotive and had a great experience. Was in and out in 20 minutes. Staff was friendly and honest. It was a bit expensive but what isn't right now. Will definitely go back.

Fast service, but highly overcharged the cost of the parts. Guy was wearing an AutoZone hat, and there's one across the street, so I'm assuming the parts came from them. Retail price is $299 for my fuel pump (invoice lists part number), Hembree's charged me $528 PLUS labor of installing it. I understand an upcharge, so they can make more money, but over $220 mark up is insane, especially when they already get discounted parts (no, they don't pay retail even!). When I called to ask about the upcharge, Glenn said "it's just part of business." Upcharging that much is part of bad-business, Glenn. I've came here before, several times, but won't be coming back, i'd suggest you take your hard earned cash elsewhere. Edit 2023: Since the transition from Hembrees to Kessler is complete, I decided to give them another shot, and I can't express how much better Kessler's team is compared to Hembrees! Scott is an excellent guy, thanks so much!

I don't know how they're getting these people to lie for them the ones on Meridian they car salesman sent me to them so heat they can verify the car was good all they did was Lie they did some work on the car and still lied to me after keeping it for the weekend I would not recommend these people to fix a bicycle

Good service as always. I told them what I was told was wrong, they recommended doing the diagnostic check just to be sure. So glad I did, because that was not what was wrong. I would of spent double the money to get my car fixed. They do excellent work and was even done sooner then I expected.

Scott was amazing. He took care of my vehicle issue on a last minute notice, listened to my concerns and had the vehicle completed as soon as he could. Would 100% recommend Kessler Automotive. Now I know why our whole family has been going here for many years. Both shops are definitely outstanding.
