Got the car fixed early. That's a plus. Only reason I gave 4 star instead of 5 star was they had left hologram on paint from polishing

Chad is awesome. His customer service is impeccable. The company promised my car on the 18th and yet got it done an entire week early. That's the way to do business. The work is flawless. I highly recommend this company.

These guys are AMAZING!! Great customer service! Chad was awesome, he kept us informed about all the changes being made! $16,000 in damages after I wrecked it, but they made it look brand new again! And I got my car back a week earlier than expected! I will definitely recommend this place! Way to go guys, y’all the real MVPs!

Great place to get you vehicle fixed, they did awesome job, On the body work and was able get it done good manner. looks brand new never happened ! Shout out to Chad and Robby for the great service, i was able to know whats going on when i got calls for updates! Overall satisfy with the repair and will be coming back here again if needed or let others know about Gerber Collision.

Staff could do a better job with communication. The gentleman doing the repairs was great with communication but he wasn’t always my point of contact. Repairs were done to satisfaction. But when I picked up my car, I wasn’t greeted and told anything about my car. My car had signs and markings on the windshield along with black foot prints all over the inside of my car. So needless to say, I had to clean up after their mess. I wasn’t a very happy customer at that point and will not return based on my experience.
