Called for a quote on windshield repair. The call goes to a call center in Illinois 😳 The call was cut off and after a second attempt I'm being told Gerber Collision and GLASS does not do glass repairs..... Why is it called 'Collions and Glass' then?

Wow, I cannot say enough wonderful things about this business. Everybody that works here is extremely helpful very kind and patient and I would definitely recommend them to anybody and use them again. Milo, Amber , Todd, Maria, Shannon and honestly the entire staff here at the business is wonderful, helpful kind, considerate, efficient, honest, and I will never take my cars. Anybody else for long as I live. Their customer service is excellent and I will be back for future business and I will be sending in feature business at my phone. In the chance that you do need the services this place offers I would totally recommend you give them a try because it is absolutely worth it. You will have a wonderful experience and you will leave the smile. They go Above and beyond anything that they ever had to do and I greatly appreciate it and I cannot express how much I appreciate them. Thanks y’all!!!!!

I took my car here after an accident. My car had to get the suspension, fender, headlight and some paint repaired. I got a quick virtual estimate. When I called to get my car scheduled the team was SO friendly and helpful on the phone. Both Amber and Chris were always great to communicate with me and give weekly updates on the progress of my car. Chris helped me find the best deal for a tow company and he went out of his way to get me the best prices with parts. There were a few times that we had some miscommunication but they were quick to resolve this issue! My car is back up and running in a timely manner and I cannot be more pleased with the work the Gerber team did. Thank you :)
