Lewis is the best!!! He called me when there were cancellations so that I could get my car in sooner AND when he was done he lowered the price he originally asked for because the task was easier than he thought. Very kind and easy to work with. Wonderful guy with a wonderful business.

I searched over eight different dealers for help with my vehicle, Lewis was willing to accommodate my specific needs. He was able to help me the same day that I called and told me, “come on down!” When I arrived he was waiting for me and got me right in. He listened to my concerns and addressed them professionally. After service was complete I offered him a tip which he adamantly but politely refused and said, “it’s my job, this is what I get paid to do.” Thanks Mr. Lewis

Brought my car in to have an engine code looked at, without consulting with me, they gave me an oil change (saying it fixed the problem). Within 15 minutes the problem was back and he said "oh we cant really work INSIDE the engine--sorry about that" meanwhile I am out $70 AND have to go somewhere else to get my repair. I could have changed my own oil for freaking $25. Will never return with any of my (many) cars.

Very nice people. The office was cool and clean. I was offered a cold bottle of water which was much appreciated. I do not recommend and here’s why. I am sorry to say I did not go with Lewis and I am very glad I did my homework. I did not like how Lewis was going to spot paint and blend. I know this is NOT the correct way to do it. I wanted original new parts. I DID NOT want aftermarket or used parts. Come to find out it is only a $40 difference. Something Lewis probably wanted to keep for themselves & not give me the satisfaction of what I WANTED. I found a very reputable body shop who is not going to milk the insurance company to do the work the RIGHT way. The way I WANTED IT TO BE DONE. I had Lewis’ estimate reviewed by more than one person & Lewis noted repairs on other parts of my vehicle that were not damaged & had nothing to do with the collision. This is dishonest. This is to charge the insurance company for more money in their pocket. I know all body shop fudge a little here and there to make money but when a body shop flat out lies and are not doing the work the correct way, this I have a problem with. The body shop I picked is not going to spot paint and try to blend the work. I’m also getting original parts. My body shop’s estimate still came in under Lewis’ EVEN BEFORE I revealed Lewis’ estimate to them. We saw a total of 5 different body shops. 4 out of the 5 all agreed with my body shop how the work should be done. You make the decision who you should go with.
