I can't say enough about how great these guys are!!! I was traveling in the area from Wisconsin for the holidays and the check engine light came in in my F-250 Diesel. After being turned away by the Ford dealers in Joplin and Carthage, Mike Carpino Ford said come on in. They got me fixed up and back on the road in no time. So thankful!!!
I purchased a F-150 King ranch that was auctioned to Paps appliance as a bad Fuel pump, I have 4500. now in a truck that was clearly rigged and , i was told it quite likely just a fuel Module and fuel pump, i changed both, and took the truck to a top rate mechanic from Baxter springs, he also told me that they had an extra three quarts of oil added to the truck which was quite strange,"purposeful"! ?the truck was a trade in from a guy who didnt take care of the truck clearly but Mike carpino Ford had the warrentee contract on the truck when they sold it to this guy. Long of it i was the second party who got shafted by this dealership, the trucks engine is cashed, ID never buy anything from these Crooks!!
Great Service, Great people and they make an effort to back up what they sell. Treat you more like a friend than a customer.
