I highly recommend Ross Automotive. Excellent service, honest, knowledgeable, and friendly. High quality parts and labor. Extraordinary attention to detail.
Let me start by saying it did take longer to complete my brake job but it was due to circumstances out of their control and I can’t really blame them at all for wanting to get the job done right. I would recommend bringing your car here if you’re looking for someone who actually cares about the quality of the parts and work done on your vehicle. While I was initially disappointed to hear my vehicle was going to take an extra day due to a parts supplier issue, Ross stepped in at pickup and explained both the high quality parts used and his views on doing the job right. This turned the whole situation around and you can tell just by talking with him that he cares about the work he does. I would highly recommend using this shop for any service they offer!

Fair & Honest...and Super Nice Guys!!
Radiator was leaking they charged me 133.00 for a pressure check, and had my truck for 2 days. Never again. If they had my truck for 2 days for a pressure check, replacing the radiator would take a month. This place is not for me.
Ross has worked on my vehicles for almost 20 years and is one of the best In the business. I could not be happier with his service, expertise, and integrity. I highly recommend Ross for all your Automotive service needs.
