Today was my 2nd Ultimate PM at this location. Was told about an hour to get into the shop. Was inside over the pit within an hr and 15 min. Travis (I believe) was very knowledgeable and professional. He did a very good job on all the details of the Ultimate PM. Another mechanic helped with the greasing and tire air. He also checked the oil levels of the differentials. Both were proficient. The manager Justin is kind and professional. His leadership shows in his employees. Good place to get work done or get an honest assessment of what work you need done.

Went in at 0600 this morning,,, submitted my request for an oil change,,, was first told it would be around 10 am,,, no worries,,, went in at 10 am, then was told it would be around noon,,, no big deal,,, went in at noon, then was told it wouldnt be until 4pm to get an oil change,,, then at 4:10 pm,, was told they do not have a tech coming in this evening,, that actually both guess that was scheduled are a no show,,, i understand the one guy because his wife is in hospital,, but come on, i felt like ive gotten the run around all day,, something has to give TA,,, second weekend in a row where TA services has messed me around,,, last week in Kingsisland Ga, arrived at petro on friday requested an oil change, was told the Tech or mechanic was not coming into work until sunday at 4pm and they already had 5 tickets to look. At,,,, update, picture below,, Truck just pulled into service bay,, only ticket ahead of me today was one trailer that needed multiple fixes,, and one truck needed a mudflap bracket replaced,, then out of the blue road call for a truck that ran out of fuel,, but now there is another truck in the bay,, I hate being lied too,
