No fault given, but my card was charged twice. The service was prompt and very kind and professional. Opened up a space for me and I was very appreciative.

This was my first time coming here and Josh was available to help me right as I pulled into the lot. He provided a lot of insight about my lug nuts and was able to replace them on the same day. The service here is fast, friendly, and reliable. I will be visiting J’s Expert Automotive Service again for future problems.

I started bringing my vehicle to J's about a year ago. They're honest, reasonable in price, and just a pleasure to talk to. I also learned from J where NOT to buy gas in order to keep my vehicle in good condition. Paige is an angel. I love talking to her whenever I go in for service. I don't live in Newton. But it's rather make the drive for the service than settle for overpriced sloppy work in my city. I've even referred my family to them with amazing results.

Great experience! I had a a ripped tire and had to get a replacement right away and they got me in that day and I was even able to get all 4 replace! Nobody else could help me in Newton. Very friendly customer service. If you’re looking for tires give them a call!
