Kevin was great, very helpful and speedy in unlocking the vehicle. I would def recommend you guys to anyone needing assistance as I did that night!

The driver, Brandon, was very friendly and easy to work with. Seems like they have a good system: they take a couple pictures of your car sitting there before they move it. Then after it’s on the tow truck, they take a couple more of it strapped in. Then when they take it off the truck, they take a couple more. The photos are uploaded and you get the link to see them. This seems to help the owner of the car and also Dacus—good system.

Got stuck in the median after sliding on some ice. There were several people off, so I know they were busy, but they got to me quickly and got me out without any troubles! Definitely recommend.

Excellent towing company. I was in a bind out on a unmaintained country road delivering Amazon packages with barely enough service to search for a tow. Luckily, I was able to contact Dacus, and Kevin & Brandon were able to help get my car loaded and towed from a situation I couldn’t get myself out of. I'd highly recommend if ever in a spot where you need this service, call these guys!
Fantastic communication by the employees with me as well as insurance. Highly recommend Dacus, they did great work!
Kevin came out super quick when I was stuck in the mud and got me out fast! He was very friendly and professional! I recommend Dacus to everyone!

Kevin came out and pulled our very stuck work truck out of a pastor. Kevin had us out in under an hour and absolutely no damage. Definitely recommend!

Kevin is Best lockout specialist in the area got here quick and in a hurry to help unlock my Mack truck it took him a matter of a few minutes and it was decently priced thank you so much y’all Rock!!!!!!!!
