I had a fantastic experience with these guys. Got into an accident a few months back. It took a little time to get in, but they made it super easy. Plus it was more my insurance that took the longer time rather than Carstar. They explained everything, and assigned me a representative. Mr. Ben called me each week with updates. My experience was so easy, considering that I had a wreck. They did all the legwork with my insurance company. I cannot express how helpful these guys are. I'd give 10 stars if I could!!!
