Excellent, quality service and repairs. We had minor fender-bender on our new Honda CR-V. They got us in for repairs pretty quickly and fully handled all the paperwork with our insurance claim. A few months later, we were having a problem with a piece of trim on the passenger door. Brought the car by the shop with no appointment. Kevin, one of their senior mechanics, came outside, looked at the trim, and said, "Oh yeah, I can get you fixed up!" He ran back in the shop for some new fasteners and body tape, laid down on the parking lot asphalt, and got the panel reattached (looking brand new) in 10 minutes. So helpful and friendly! The very essence of great customer service that is sadly missing at so many companies these days! Many thanks to the team at McCarthy Collision Center.

I took my truck per insurance request for repairs. I was involved in an accident where a contractor lost a load of Sheetrock and dented my hood busted windshield, bumper cab etc. I was called to pick up my truck and now my dash is cracked there are unopened parts in my backseat. My bumper is loose and rattling the gaps on the bumper between it and my headlights are uneven by a full inch just a horrible experience and I have spoken with the shop and I have been told they are not going to repair the damage that they caused breaking my dash or my bumper being loose insurance just paid them 5300.00 I don’t recommend this place to anybody you won’t be satisfied or the repairs won’t be done right my bumper is going to fall off I am afraid rattling driving .
