I had an amazing experience at Randy Curnow Collision. My 2020 KIA Sportage was broken into and this shop was able to get my vehicle in the same day and begin repairs about a week later. They treated me like family from the moment I came to check my vehicle in up to the moment I picked my vehicle up. They made an already stressful situation less stressful and was extremely understanding. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I could go on and on about their amazing customer service but i’ll leave it at that for now. I will 10/10 recommend this shop to anyone needing repairs done.
The person who attended me was very friendly and helpful. The job they did to my car was to repair a rear door and paint it. I must say that a plastic molding did not fit well and it took almost a month to repair it when they told me it would take about 10 days.
